TERMS OF BUSINESS
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS WITH MTB LUXURY TRAVEL
All bookings are made in advance either verbally by telephone or in writing by e-mail, text or direct message on social media.
Price and job details are to be confirmed at the time of booking. The client is responsible for checking and confirming these details are correct at this time.
Payments are accepted by Bank Transfer or Cash on collection as discussed and agreed at the time of booking. Credit/Debit card payments can be accepted prior to travel only via PayPal with an additional 3.5% service charge.
Once the booking has been accepted, a 20% non-refundable but transferable deposit is required to secure the booking. Remaining balance to paid either 24 hours before travel by bank transfer or in cash on collection.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to travel with no charge incurred and deposit eligible for transfer to another booking. Any cancellations made within a 24 hour period before travel are subject to the full charge which is non-transferable.
MTB Luxury Travel will discuss and make suggestions on departure and collection times at the time of booking based on the journey required. We cannot be held responsible if the client amends this time or if the travel is delayed through no fault of the companies or the driver.
Waiting time charges of £45 per hour will start to be incurred once a vehicle has been at a pick up address for 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time. These charge will be invoiced separately after travel and are due within 7 days.
If a return journey has been booked, a collection address/location is to be agreed prior to the journey commencing. Any changes to the pick up point made with your driver directly on the outbound journey may be subject to additional charges should the location differ considerably.
Prior to any booking taking place, MTB Luxury Travel require contact details or a phone number for someone part of the travelling party to ensure contact can be made between client and driver upon arrival. It is also important to be able to make contact should any delays occurs.
Should any additional Pick-Up / Drop-Off addresses need to be visited during a booked journey that have not been agreed or discussed at the time of booking, additional fee’s may be incurred.
For any journey requiring child seats, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that each child is securely seated in the vehicle whether it be in a child seat provided by MTB Luxury Travel or the client themselves.
In the event of any soiling, vomiting or excessive food or drink spillages, there will be a cleaning charge of £150 for each instance within a vehicle. Should the vehicle be unable to carry out any bookings following on in a worst case scenario, client will be also be charged for loss of earnings at the rate of the lost bookings.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to carry out a booked journey for a client for any reasons beyond our control and no alternative cover from one of our trusted companies can be sourced, a full refund will be provided.
AIRPORT TRANSFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
All major UK airports charge a fee for either dropping off, collecting passengers or both.
Any fee’s will be incorporated into any airport transfer quote that is provided by MTB Luxury Travel.
Clients must be contactable by mobile phone on arrival back in the UK to ensure the collection process discussed at the time of booking or with your driver on the outbound journey can be adhered to.
Prices quoted will include all waiting time and airport parking fees. No additional charges will be incurred due to delays caused by airlines or airports.
Additional charges may be incurred for any additional time required at the terminal requested by the client themselves.
All flights are tracked by MTB Luxury Travel to ensure we arrive on time for your collection.
A meet and greet service is provided at all airports where passenger pick up requires the use of a short stay car park.
